The UUID is the credential. It is unguessable, and it works like a
Google Docs share link: anyone holding it can read and write, and rotating it is how
you revoke. So treat a display as public — don’t post secrets to it.
And because an OAuth callback or a checkout redirect will eventually try to post one
for you, params named token, key,
secret, jwt, session and their relatives are
dropped before they are ever stored. The security model.
